    Come cheer up, my lads! 'tis to glory we steer, To add something more to this wonderful year;
    To honour we call you, not press you like slaves, For who are so free as the sons of the waves?
    Heart of oak are our ships, heart of oak are our men; We always are ready; Steady, boys, steady!

    Interesting one Dave. Can't remember if it counts though as I thought it needed to be a military aircraft...

    However, I'll submit my entry for 282, Flettner Fl 282

    Further developments of Proteus were used in weapons trials, so I think it counts
    Quote from Wikipedia: "On February 24, 2005, Proteus became Scaled's first bomber with the release of an inert 500-pound weapon over Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada."

    On with the show: North American Aviation NA-283 better known as the RA-5C Vigilante.
