    Very nice update!

    Little tip: make the nose alike a subdivided cube, that way you lose the pinching effect.

    Nice start on the engine. The cowls aren't so closed on this aircraft so worth putting a bit of detail into the front part (visible part) of the engine.

    I modelled a basic version of the R2800 for my Corsair, there is a bit in it and trying to figure out the different configurations was also requires a bit of research. A useful engine to have though as it was fitted to many US aircraft of WWII.

    Agree that test fitting rough objects is a good idea. Saves lots of heart-ache later.
