Skyraider - You always provide such great reference material. I don't know how you find it and keep track of it all.

It happens that I did some 3rd Kokutai vs CW-21b research half a year ago
They fought a big bloody battle over the Netherlands East Indies on 3 February 1942. The CW-21bs were overwhelmed, although they did manage to bite back (the 3rd Ku reported three Zero pilots missing in action).

With that in mind, you might want to change the serial number, Gray. CW-343 was flown by 1Lt. Anemaet and did not make contact with the Zeros. Upon landing it hit a bomb crater and was captured while still under repairs; in short, it never experienced a dogfight with Zeros. A good alternate subject could be the flight of 2Lt Kingma (being shot down) and Sgt Haye (in CW-345), who would end up being hit in the hydraulics system, but managed to make a safe emergency landing after manually lowering the landing gear.
