No worries Viktor, it looked like it was complete in these renders. You must be one of the few ship modellers who don't start with the hull, obviously you like the detail.
Can ask where you source your blueprints for such interesting subjects as the IJN warships ?

Hi.
Kevjon. I have plans Miyukikai, almost all Gakkens, Kojinshs and many Maru Special and many different. I collate from almost materials, about ships, 40 years. I love Japanese ships because they are beautiful and unique. They live. I greet. Viktor

Definitely great subjects and your interest in them shows in your work which is most impressive.
I'll do some research on the names of books or publications that you've mentioned to see what is available. Thanks for the clue.
Keep up the good work on the Nagato, a magnificent looking ship and one that I haven't seen modelled in 3D before.

I agree - great work!
The pagoda fore-mast definitely added to the unique look of these ships I think.

That is a very nice bit of work you've done there - I hope the rest of the ship is high enough detail to support renders of those close-up though! (Hope you've got enough memory to handle the poly count too!)

Wow, when I look at that image, I kind of think. Hell what ship? Those guns alone are an achievement! Kind of scary as to just how much more detail the ship is going to get! :salute:

Hi.
I thank for nice words about my work
It this is not anazing and impressive, then usual ship and his armament. Maybe a bit unusual, because Japanese. I LOVE IJN (Well that my wife does not read this)
On today Nagato it looks so I on renders. It does not please to me hulk and what still I improve moment him.
On end of January the ship has to be finished, and he does not be fold still.

Viktor....this looks superb. I can only guess at the amount of hours required to do such a detailed 3D model. Congrats on finishing it and the header.
