Welcome Matchias! Fantastic subject and accurate model! I'am not a tank fan, but there are some that I like. FT.17 is one of them. Good work! (And next mate from Poland here, :D)

Hi
Thanks To All For Replays. Yes I'm Going To Texture It But I Don't Know When Yet.
Tank Was Made for Scene Inspired By The Book "All Quiet On The Western Front". Crushed Tank In The German Trench, By The Tank Killed Crew Of MG08 Maxim, Mudd, Fog, Rats etc.
Tank Is Finished, Just Need To Texture It, But I've Stuck With Modeling Maxim.
I Hope I'll Find Some Inspiration To Finish That Scene.
DANOKU - It's Not A HRAY :) It's A KRAY, That Is Polish Renderer For LighWave A Lot Of Options And It's Quicker Then Default LightWave Renderer.
Here You Are Some More Renders:

Welcome to MilMesh! Great work indeed.

How come the FT-17 is such a popular little tank? I've seen quite a few 3D models of it.

Hi
Once Again Many Thanks To All For Replays
I Can't Believe I Didn't Discover This Great Forum Earlier
About The Tank, I Think It Has The Most Interesting Construction Of All. It Was First Tank With Turret, Am I Right?

Lukem

I agree - this should be on the header - and as mentioned elsewhere, that tow cable is awesome.

The FT-17 was the first production tank to feature a turret with all-round traverse and was apparently copied extensively by the Americans and Russians.

However, the first tank to feature a turret (on the drawing board, anyway) was 'Little Willie' in 1915. I don't know if the turret would have been able to move - it was never fitted.

Congrats on a well deserved header.
A FT-17 was dragged out of the sea just north of Bergen, Norway last year. It was missing it's turret, but a turret magically appeared up north (Tromsoe I think?) It's meant to be renovated and put up on display in some museum.
Brought to Norway in 1940, and dumped in the sea in 1945. I believe quite a few where used here during WW2 by German forces, I've seen them on several photos on different locations, from the war in Norway
