Hi guys, i've been registered here for some time,and J was just watching your works but now I'd like to present you my model of 28cm raliway gun "Leopold"
I'm not going to texture it (at least not now) so I post it in finished gallery.

Oh, that looks impressive!
Only one small thing, the buffers or bumpers or what they are called, looks flat but the should be slightly rounded (like a discos).
Apart from that tiny detail, it looks massive and very well done.

For years I've been waiting for someone to start modelling these railway cannon in 3D! Very cool stuff! Will you tackle the Dora (http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=dora+railway&search=Search) next?


PS. You'll need to subdivide the barrels once or twice to prevent the segmented look, caused by too-long edges.

Excellent subject and model! It would be great to see it painted.

Has anyone ever produced plans for Dora or Gustav (or even the Paris gun), apart from the Germans a few years back?
