Few years ago was a plan of mine to make series of images of aircrafts and their pilots. Idea was dead by few circumstances but today I was looking something in my images collection (to many CD on to few shelves ;)) and found one of this images. Hurricane of Rob Stanford Tuck... A little differant version of this one was used by me as cover for my book about Hurricane, that will be published in July (I hope). This time in english :D. So Hurricane once again...

Excellent stuff. The slight motion blur is well done too.

Another great render, still can't believe your doing this with Povray.
I do hope your starting a WIP thread here as well on your next model...

slight motion blurI wouldn't call that "slight" anymore. Personally I think the motion blur is way overdone. Overall a nice image, but if you can, bring the motion blur back to about 10-20% of what it is now. It will be much more convincing as now it simply doesn't make sense (especially the propeller).

I must agree:(. When I look on this image today I feel, that blur should be a little slighter. I was probably used rather radial blur then motion blur, ant it has only 1% steps between angles of rotation. It sould be 0,25 - 0,33% I think.

I like it as is, but maybe will improve it in spare time.
