I would like to find some info of luftwaffe flying man....mesh or pict...;)

I use the illustrations in the aircraft aces books by Osprey for pilot reference. They are quite good and the books are very good read too.

I'm sure you'll find plenty of free photos in google of German WWII pilots like this (http://www.hobbyjapan.ru/images/36302-1.jpg)
