Finally done:) Rendering caused me some trouble, but generally this model brought me a lot of fun:)
Don't know if I can consider it ideal, but I don't want to change anything - I'm fully satisfied with it as it looks now:)

Very nice, I like the composition and the saturation of the image. One thing though, the smoke from the cannons is a very nice touch but it feels like you need muzzle flashes as well. I pretty sure the G's had a slow rate of fire so the flash wouldn't still be there when the smoke was discharged but it just looks a bit odd without the flash.
Anyway, a cracking image all the same!

It misses the flashes and a pilot figure : the cockpit is a bit empty at the moment IMO. Even a quite low poly character would do I suppose.

Still, a wonderful image with, as digiartist pointed out, a very good composition and integration of the model with the background :)

You gotta be joking:D, I've put much effort to make those pilots look good enough, if you look carefully, you might even see their mouth:).
As to the smoke, it was intended to be engine's, but I guess I've exposed it too much.

Good modeling and texturing! I'm note sure about the exhaust trails though - they look too dense / too short.

I think it looks great, well done !

Only minor crit is maybe speculars could be a tad stronger.

That n all the cannon shells will fall out with the mag doors missing.
I'm becoming obsessed with those doors.

Lucas, great work! I like it alot. Congratulations on a great image!!
I saw the pilot figure right away btw...
I also took the smoke as coming from the guns. Looks good as gunsmoke.

Oooooops!
Time for new spectacles I guess
Frankly, it's just that I suppose I expected them to be more in front : as it is, they kind of blend with the head plate behind. What could have helped may have been to have the pilots bend a bit forward (if that's already the case, I'll go see my GP right now !)

Sorry for the mistake :)

Excellent work mate! Nice image - planes are a little dark IMHO.

The pilot does blend in a bit, but that's no big issue. The smoke trails are too short for the engine imo, that's why they look like they're from the guns. And does the stuka emit dark smoke like that when running normally?

I thought they forgot to put on an exaust filter.....

Like the image but the smoke is too much :)

Very nice image!
Smoke from engines isn't right - both engines would be damaged if they would smoke this much!
The planes look "cloned" (maybe remove kill mark from one of the aircraft)
Brighten up pilots a bit (uncheck "cast shadows" on the glass panels of the canopy or use raytraced lights).
Canopy lacks specular.
Motion blur looks a bit segmented (maybe increase steps)?

Overall: very nice image, Lucas!

I think it looks great. A bit heavy on the smoke, but somehow it fits in.

I think you put in a great effort, I'm sure your next one will be even better. Not much use in me repeating other peoples comments here, so I wont. I have another one, more of a question really.... should the crew be this small ? I have this nagging feeling their heads should be bigger.

Pretty close, it seems.
