Welcome to the site.
The modelling and textures look good but the effect of mud on the road wheels looks more like poorly cast iron.

Hey Dude how have you been.
Maybe cut down on the mud a little and render a few more angle's for us.
I really like the detail you have modeled in.
Great work Mate.

Very, Very nice. I agree about the mud but only with the white background. The contrast is to strong. It might look better with a warmer color (maybe Tan).
Nice work! I think the mud works quite well in some areas; it must be quite difficult to do accurately.

nice model, kv1 1941 serie, with the shot f32 isn't it ; really accurate ( история танка кв, 2001 sources ??? )
my newly started modelling is a kv too, but a kv1s model 1942 in lpm.
for the mud i would say that the hull might be too clean, and with this kind of transmission, the mud/snow would spread around eveythings, specially over the links.
not related with modelling but you all might be interested in this link :

here are some more images ... i made some slight changes ..i toned down the mud of the tracks and did a little more on the texture.
Bigtodd - thanks for the idea yet i tried it and it looked funny .. im trying to match the tank to a background which i will post later, then it wont look so out of place.
je.a.le - it sure is a f32 ..early 1941 ... i totally agree about the mud on the hull ..my reference picss are all completly covered in mud so i may add more later ...thanks also for the link very interesting, cant belive its in such good condition.
when i have time ill prolly make an up armoured version and a kv II
thanks for all your coments and crits guys

A really nice first post! I like the subtle weathering you've achieved on the tank hull:)

I think a scene's success often rests on how well you tell a story in it.
I like the setting very much but notice, the tank is buttuned up i.e. fighting. That should lead, imho, to your turret possably being rotated towards the threat, maybe evidence of the main gun having fired (heat discolouring at the barrel mouth or similar).
Who, what, where, why? The tank hasnt turned up either of the two roads. Is it blocking the road towards us? If so tell us with the turret.
If you could find a way to add minor bullet damage to the house's corner it would help overall I feel. No need to blow everything up but some other indication of combat in scene than just the tank might help?
I'll leave lighting etc to the other guys.
Nice work.

Looking great sir!
A comment I do have on the composition: I really like the way the tracks closest to the viewer fit in with the background, but I think the shadow under the tank needs to be darker, possibly to help the far side of the tank to tie in. Apart from that, I agree with Spinner's comments regarding story.
Can't wait to see the finished image!
