Nice start, you have the roundel the other way though.. the blue should be in front (right)..

indeed nice start, the fin looks like one of the early MiG-21F (http://www.wolverhamptonaviationgroup.co.uk/images/snow_pic13.jpg) , it should be a bit larger on the F-13 (http://www.militaryfactory.com/aircraft/imgs/mikoyangurevich-mig21-fishbed_2.jpg)... And again larger from the FL/PFM (http://sternlaurent.free.fr/mig21kiev.jpg). Other than that, the shape is quiet good.
Anybody knows the signification of that yellow fuselage band on some Czech MiG-21 ?

Anybody knows the signification of that yellow fuselage band on some Czech MiG-21 ?
Just asked a friend of mine who flew them and he said that the yellow bands appeared around velvet revolution and they marked "overstock" or "excess" planes..
Amount per type of military technology in region was adjusted and those machines which were over the quota were marked like this..
hope it makes sense in my poor English..
