Yes, it's an F2G-1, designed by Goodyear with the 4 row 'corn cob' engine to combat the kamikaze threat. The war ended before it was manufactured in quantity. The few that were built ended up in racing, like that one. They're cooooooollll!

As all corsairs are cool!

She's stunning in flight - Even if they won't run her at full speed (saving the engine).

I'd love to convert my Corsair model to a Super Corsair in due time... but it would almost be a rebuild from scratch. It's quite different.... and quite awesome.
