Regarding the first link, they're not bad, but definitely not the final word on the subject. The RLM 02 in particular isn't very accurate. There is some variety with this colour, but this one isn't one of them (too much blue) :)
The GIFs are saved the wrong way as well, with dithering interpolation of the actual colour, which, as a result, isn't displayed. So you get a 256 colour dithered approximation of it... Not very useful... :(
it's for a crt screen....no for flat, ;) i work on a "lacie" calibred screen, it's look good...in rgb...it's cool
Have you got a best palette to send me....?????

Flatscreens and calibrated are two things that don't go together anyway :D
I only use CRT. Flatscreens make my eyes bleed.
By heart, for RLM 02 I use RGB (110, 110, 100) but it very much depends on your scene lighting and what more layers you add to your texture. Colour values on their own are of limited use.
I did make a partial RLM palet of my own, but with each project I am changing the values to match better the look I have in mind. I also bought the two-volume series by Kenneth Merrick which has paint chips made to the original RLM specs. They too are of limited use, due to the "pureness" of the colours. RLM 70 looks practically black for instance, while if you'd spray it on an aircraft the 'scale effect' kicks in and it will look a lot lighter.
The RLM values provided on that website are a good starting point though.
Hi all,
I'm converting the fs color charte palette in rgb....for next week ..
If you are interesting send me a mail...
