It's a really nice subject, but there are numerous accuracy issues. Instantly noticable is the mirrored swastika on the tailfin. Modelling wise the bombs on the nose and the cockpit area especially need improving. The cockpit frame looks very 2D as well, at the moment.

The texture colours are fairly close, but the materials need improvement by using a specular map, bump map (very subtle!) and some muted reflections.

Keep at it! I really like your subjects :)

as well, the cowling flaps look like they are flat... shouldn't they be curved?

and ronnie meant bumps... not bombs... you really do need bumps... specs and some mild reflections... your cockpit needs an inside. (thickness)

glass is not 100% transparent...

i love this plane though... and if you keep on it, you'll get a header... nice subject...

and ronnie meant bumps... not bombs...ARGH! Yes you're right. I am making the silliest typos lately, where I replace a word with a similar sounding word rather than missing a single letter. Very odd and very annoying. Maybe I need a brain scan... :secret:

A bit nit-picking I know, but in your general scene, all the bombers have the same reg. no. and everything, looking at clouds and landscape, appears to be at about 35000 feet and no oxygen mask on pilot?????
But generally looking good.

I have started a new set of maps for this mesh and improved the mesh itself. So far I have just color and bump maps.
