3d Enviroment Tutorial or How to's

Hello,

I am looking for some help in creating 3d enviroments for Max.
I have seen a lot of GREAT enviroments on some post on the site.

I was wondering if there a VERY GOOD book that will teach me how to create Sky, Horizons, Sea, Wakes of Ships, and Lighting?

I am using 3ds Max 8sp3.

p.s. Is there also tutorial to create a realistic lightning bolt?

I did not know that the Navy named the CVN-21 already.
If not, I do wish that the Enterprise is one of the CVN-21 class.

The US NAvy without an Enterprise is JUST NOT the US Navy.

Question: Do you know where I might find 3-side drawing of the ROHS Updated Nimitz? I know the Vinison is about to enter the ROHS soon.
