Il2 sturmovik on 3 monitors wohoo!

Hello Guys!

I dunno if this is old stuff for you but I've just realized how to get Il2 sturmovik to work on 3monitors!


After a bit of fiddling in the config.ini file I managed to get it to have 3 renders, the key is to assign a resolution that matches 3x 3:4 monitors, so assigning 3x 16:9 resolutions won't work! so I decided to make 3x 1280x960 renders, that is a total of 3840x960 in rez,

I started Il2 up and the FOV was automatically widened to match this resolution, instead of cutting the top and bottom as when I used widescreen pixels!

here are a few small pics of the action, the FPS is pretty amazing at this res (3840x960) it was slightly above and under 20fps on my X800XT

to get this to work just type this into the top rows of the config.ini file in the il2 sturmovik folder:

FullScreen=0
DrawIfNotFocused=0
EnableResize=0
EnableClose=1
SaveAspect=1
Use3Renders=1
