I've gotta ask, who's corsair drawings are considered good? Or perhaps, the best. I've got drawings from the Kagero book, Maru Mechanic, Aero Detail, Paul Matt, the .ru web site, and probably a couple others if my brain will work:lol: .
Thanks!
Dave

I always use the Minoru drawings for all my aircraft when they are available. They come from the Design with Precision series available through Hobbylink in Japan.

I forgot about Ronnies comments in that thread. Ronnie also mentions Watanabe. Where can I find his drawings? I'm at work, so I can't go look through what I have.
I should just order some of the Design for Precision books from HLJ anyway, although they do not show stock for all of them. Does #1 contain the Corsair?
The corsair is my favourite and while I'm just starting out, I'm eventually going to work at a corsair, if for no other reason to torture myself.
Thanks Kevjon

#1 has the F4U-4 and #8 has the F4U-1D: http://www.skynet-1.com/zumen/03.html
Both are still available from www.hlj.com
The Watanabe drawings come from a big book about WW2 fighters. It is pretty hard to find these days, so drop me an e-mail ;)
#8 is out of stock :( Got an eMail few days ago.

Often when they say "out of stock" on the website they still manage to find them for you. If they actually tell you they can't, then perhaps the provider (skynet) has ran out of them. I hope they'll do a re-release of the ones that are sold out, as I am still short of vols. 2, 6 and 7...
From the looks of things, only 1, 3 and 9 are available: http://www.skynet-1.com/english/02.html

I have both books with Corsairs from Drawing with Precision - so if someone does need - it's no problem!
