First off, instead of starting with "I want this or that", maybe you should try a more polite way of asking. I doubt anyone would be willing to model something for you with that introduction.

Secondly, unless it's something simple or somebody has it on his planning I think you have to have some compensation for the work

Thirdly, a little bit more info on why you want the model would be good.
