I can't seem to find the feet of the standing guy and he seems to be leaning back a bit too far. Otherwise it's a great piece. Are the guys firing the gun or just hiding behind the shield?

They just fired the gun, hence the smoke in front.

The guys feet are hidden in the shadow and bushes:)
