Aeronca L-3 Grasshopper Blueprints

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if any of you have, or know where to find, blueprints of the L-3 Grasshopper. I checked the usual places (www.airwar.ru, www.suurland.com) and the only ones I found were for an R/C model of the plane. That would okay, but the plans don't show me certain parts that would be nice to have. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

That's okay, I'll have to model a Cub as well after the Grasshopper. And judging from the BPs, the planes look simiral enough to where i can adjust the model. Thank you VERY much.

Still, if someone can point me towards the L-3 plans, you'd make me very happy!

I'm not at home, out of town for a plant startup, I've been working on a Piper J3 Cub/L4 Grasshopper while learning Lightwave, so watch your email. Historic Aviation has a Piper J3 Manual reprint that has very detailed drawings except there aren't any fuselage cross sections. Also, remind me since I can't go and pull a book off the shelf, the Aeronca L3 was a modified 7AC Champ?? I think I have something on that.
