Strange message starting up the site

Hi to all.
I have had this strange message while i was opening the site:

stefanino, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

What that means?
Hope is only coming from some problem with the server or something like this, I hope that someone can explain this.
Just in case, if i miss some of the previleges or i have to reactivate my account, please contact me.

Also i sometime have problem accessing the site. After a long time loading, I get a page telling "Database error" and some blahblah to contact the admin... After some hours it works again.

When you connect to the home page. Everything else on the site at the moment seems to work ok although a lot of the time you cannot connect at all as per Galgots post.

Each time i do this adress "http://www.military-meshes.com/"
that's what i get :

If i do "http://www.military-meshes.com/forums/"
no problems, i get to the forums...
About the "database error" page, it happens from time to time, no access to the site or the forum at all. Just have to wait, and i can access after some time.
Will do a screenshot next time it happens.

The database error page is shown when the database is down for whatever reason, or is inaccessible at that moment (possibly because of too many connections to it). Usually its a server issue and gets resolved by the hosts when they discover the issue.

The main page thing is a permissions issue, and I broke it! I'll fix it in a bit, so bear with me gents!

Yeah, I get exactly the same thing. I can access everything but when I go direct to the home page, the error message saying that i do not have permission to access this page comes up.

It's getting very regular (and annoying...) for me since three days, every day at about 18h... database error...

I have fixed that issue now - was just a permissions problem caused by a change I made. Sorry it took so long to get around to!
